Podology taping

Description

Taping is a gentle method of correcting the nail folds using special tapes. We use it for mild nail ingrowth, as prevention for athletes, and as a complement to other treatments. The tape pulls the soft tissue away from the edge of the nail, giving it room to grow properly. It's the least invasive treatment in our range — no pain, no post-treatment restrictions.

Who it's for

Athletes, patients with mild ingrowth, children and teenagers prone to ingrowth.

What to expect

20 minutes. The tape stays on for 1–2 weeks, during which you can walk, exercise and shower as normal.
